How to View Your Refund on WakandaRides
Learn where to check your refund after a booking is cancelled.
When a refund is processed, you can review it from your Payment History in WakandaRides.
1. Open your Profile
Open WakandaRides and go to Profile.
2. Open Payment Methods
From your Profile, select Payment Methods.
3. Open Payment History
Inside Payment Methods, select Payment History.
Find the transaction associated with the cancelled or refunded ride.
4. Review your refund
Open the transaction to view the available refund details.
After WakandaRides processes the refund, your bank or payment provider may need additional time before the funds appear on your original payment method.
Good to know
When a refund is processed, WakandaRides can notify you. You can always check it under Profile → Payment Methods → Payment History.
