How to Cancel a Booking

If your plans change, you can cancel your booking directly from WakandaRides before the scheduled departure time.

1. Open your ride

Go to My Rides and select the upcoming ride you want to cancel.

Open Ride Details.

2. Find Cancel Booking

Scroll down through the Ride Details screen until you see Cancel Booking.

Tap Cancel Booking to continue.

3. Review your cancellation

Review the cancellation information and refund amount shown in the app before confirming.

4. More than 24 hours before departure

If you cancel more than 24 hours before departure:

• You receive a full refund of the seat price.

• The booking fee is non-refundable.

5. Less than 24 hours before departure

If you cancel less than 24 hours before departure:

• You receive 50% of the seat price back.

• The remaining 50% of the seat price goes to the driver.

• The booking fee is non-refundable.

Booking cannot be cancelled after departure

A booking can only be cancelled before the scheduled departure time.

Once the departure time has passed, the Cancel Booking option is no longer available and the booking cannot be cancelled through the normal cancellation process.

Always review the cancellation details shown in the app before confirming. Your refund depends on how much time remains before the scheduled departure.
