How to Confirm Passenger Attendance on WakandaRides
Learn how to mark booked passengers as present or absent.
Passenger attendance helps WakandaRides keep trip records accurate and handle payouts and no-show disputes fairly.
1. Open the attendance screen
During the ride completion process, WakandaRides shows the passengers booked on your ride.
2. Confirm who was present
Review each booked passenger and mark the passengers who actually travelled with you as Present.
3. Mark absent passengers accurately
If a booked passenger did not attend the ride, leave them marked as Absent or select the applicable no-show option shown in the app.
4. Review your selections
Before submitting attendance, carefully check every passenger.
An incorrect absence report can be challenged by the passenger.
5. Confirm attendance
Submit the attendance information to continue the ride completion process.
Good to know
Only report a passenger as absent if they genuinely did not take the ride. If a passenger says they were present after being marked absent, WakandaRides can open an attendance dispute and hold the affected payout while the case is reviewed
