How Passenger No-Show Reporting Works on WakandaRides
Learn what happens when a booked passenger does not attend your ride.
If a passenger booked your ride but did not show up, WakandaRides allows you to record their absence during the attendance process.
1. Confirm the passenger did not attend
Before reporting a no-show, make sure the passenger genuinely did not take the ride.
If you are having difficulty finding them, use WakandaRides messaging or available calling tools when appropriate.
2. Open passenger attendance
During the ride completion process, review the passengers booked on your trip.
3. Mark the passenger absent
Mark the passenger who did not attend as Absent.
Review your attendance selections carefully before submitting.
4. The passenger can respond
A passenger marked as absent can confirm that they did not attend.
If they believe the report is incorrect, they can indicate that they were there and submit an attendance dispute.
5. A disputed no-show is reviewed
If the passenger disputes the no-show, the affected payout is held while WakandaRides reviews the case.
Once resolved, the ride displays the final outcome.
Good to know
No-show reporting affects passenger payments and driver payouts, so attendance must always be reported accurately. Incorrect or abusive no-show reports can be reviewed through the WakandaRides dispute process.
