How to Complete Your Ride on WakandaRides
Learn how to complete your ride when you reach your destination.
When you arrive at your destination, complete the ride in WakandaRides so passengers can confirm their arrival and the payout process can begin.
1. Reach your destination
Only complete the ride once you have actually arrived at the destination.
2. Confirm passenger attendance
Review the passengers booked on the ride and accurately confirm who was present or absent.
3. Swipe to Complete
Use Swipe to Complete to finish the ride.
WakandaRides does not rely on automatic ride completion. The driver must complete the ride at arrival.
4. Passenger confirmation begins
After you complete the ride, passengers can confirm that they arrived.
If a passenger confirms promptly, the payout process can move forward sooner.
If the passenger does not respond, WakandaRides uses the passenger confirmation timeout before automatically confirming the ride.
5. Payout processing begins
After passenger confirmation or the applicable timeout, the driver payout follows the configured payout hold and payout schedule.
