How to Message Your Passengers on WakandaRides
Learn how to contact passengers who have booked your ride.
Once a passenger has a confirmed booking, you can communicate with them directly through WakandaRides.
1. Open your ride
Go to My Rides and select the ride with booked passengers.
2. Find your passenger
Open the passenger section of the ride to see the passengers who have confirmed bookings.
3. Tap the Chat icon
Tap the Chat icon beside the passenger you want to contact.
This opens your conversation with that passenger.
4. Send your message
Use the conversation to coordinate important ride details such as:
Pickup location
Meeting instructions
Departure updates
Luggage
Stops
Arrival information
Once the passenger has booked, there is no message limit for the ride conversation.
5. Keep communication inside WakandaRides
WakandaRides includes safety protections that can block phone numbers, contact information, links, email addresses, and prohibited language.
