How Instant Booking Works for Drivers on WakandaRides
Learn how passengers can book your available seats without waiting for approval.
Instant Booking allows passengers to reserve available seats on your ride without sending you a booking request first.
1. Enable Instant Booking
When posting your ride, choose Instant Booking when the option is available.
2. Passengers can book immediately
When a passenger completes an eligible booking, you do not need to manually approve the request.
The seat is confirmed automatically.
3. Your available seats are updated
Once a passenger books, the number of remaining available seats is updated to reflect the confirmed booking.
4. You receive a notification
WakandaRides notifies you when a passenger successfully books your ride.
You can then view the passenger from your ride details and communicate with them through WakandaRides.
5. Keep your ride details accurate
Because passengers can confirm immediately, make sure your:
Departure
Destination
Date and time
Pickup details
Vehicle
Price
Available seats
are correct before publishing.
Good to know
Instant Booking makes it easier for passengers to secure a seat quickly. Remember that once at least one passenger has a confirmed booking, the posted ride can no longer be edited to avoid disrupting passengers’ travel plans.
