How to Accept or Reject a Booking Request on WakandaRides
Learn how to review, accept, or reject a passenger’s booking request.
When a passenger requests a seat on a ride that does not use Instant Booking, you can review the request before deciding whether to accept it.
1. Open your ride
Go to My Rides and select the ride with a pending booking request.
2. Open Manage Requests
Tap Manage Requests to see passengers waiting for your response.
3. Review the request
Check the passenger information and the number of seats requested before making your decision.
4. Accept the request
If you want to travel with the passenger, tap Accept.
Once accepted, the booking becomes confirmed and your available seat count is updated.
The passenger is notified that the request was accepted.
5. Reject the request
If you cannot accept the passenger, tap Reject.
The passenger will be notified and can continue searching for another ride.
Good to know
Respond to booking requests as soon as possible. If you do not respond within the allowed time, the request can expire automatically, and the passenger will not be charged for an expired request.
