If you need help with your account, booking, payment, ride, or another issue, you can submit a support ticket directly through WakandaRides.

1. Open Help & Support

Go to Help & Support in WakandaRides.

2. Tap Submit a Ticket

Select Submit a Ticket to start your request.

3. Choose a subject

Select the subject that best describes the issue you need help with.

Choosing the correct subject helps route your request appropriately.

4. Link a booking when applicable

If your issue relates to a specific ride or reservation, use Link Booking and select the affected booking.

5. Describe the issue

Explain clearly what happened and include any useful details that may help the WakandaRides team review your request.

6. Submit your ticket

Review the information and submit your request.
