How to Link a Booking to a Support Ticket on WakandaRides

When your support request involves a specific ride, linking the booking helps WakandaRides identify the correct trip.

1. Open Help & Support

Go to Help & Support and tap Submit a Ticket.

2. Choose the appropriate subject

Select the subject that best matches your issue.

3. Find Link Booking

In the support ticket form, find Link Booking.

4. Select the affected booking

Choose the booking connected to the problem you are reporting.

Make sure you select the correct date and ride.

5. Add your description

Explain what happened and submit the ticket.
