How to Report a Safety Issue on WakandaRides

If something happens before, during, or after a ride that makes you feel unsafe, you can report it to WakandaRides.

1. Prioritize your immediate safety

During an active ride, use the available SOS option if you need urgent assistance and follow the safety options displayed in the app.

2. Open Help & Support

For a non-immediate report, go to Help & Support.

3. Submit a Ticket

Tap Submit a Ticket and choose the subject that best describes the safety issue.

4. Link the affected booking

If the issue occurred during a specific ride, use Link Booking and select the correct booking.

5. Describe the situation

Provide clear information about:

• What happened

• When it happened

• Where in the ride the issue occurred

• The booking involved

• Any other relevant information

6. Submit the report

Review your information and submit the ticket for review.

Keep ride-related communication inside WakandaRides whenever possible. This helps protect your privacy and keeps important information connected to the ride.

Reports should be accurate and made in good faith. Serious or inappropriate behaviour may lead to account restrictions or other appropriate action.
