How Passenger Confirmation Helps You Get Paid Faster on WakandaRides

WakandaRides is designed to help drivers receive their earnings quickly after a successfully completed ride.

Instead of requiring drivers to wait several days after every trip, WakandaRides uses passenger arrival confirmation to move eligible earnings through the payout process faster.

1. Complete your ride

When you arrive at the destination, complete the ride in WakandaRides and confirm passenger attendance.

The passenger will then be asked to confirm that the trip was completed successfully.

2. Passenger confirms the trip

When the passenger confirms their arrival, your eligible earnings can become immediately available for Instant Cash Out if you are eligible for that feature.

If you prefer a standard bank payout, the earnings become eligible to be sent to your default bank account 24 hours after passenger confirmation, according to your payout schedule.

3. Remind your passenger to confirm

For the smoothest payout experience, we encourage drivers to politely remind passengers at the end of the trip to confirm their arrival in the WakandaRides app.

A simple reminder can help complete the ride process sooner and avoid unnecessary waiting.

For example:

“Thanks for riding with me. When you have a moment, please confirm your arrival in WakandaRides.”

4. What if the passenger does not confirm?

If the passenger does not respond, WakandaRides uses its confirmation timeout 4 hours process so the trip does not remain waiting indefinitely.

Once the applicable confirmation process is completed, the normal payout flow can continue.
