How and When Driver Payouts Are Released After a Ride

Learn when your earnings become available after a completed or disputed ride.

When your ride is completed, the timing of your payout depends on how the ride is confirmed and whether there is a no-show dispute.

If the passenger confirms the ride

When the passenger confirms that the ride was completed successfully, your eligible earnings become available for Instant Cash Out immediately.

You can choose to cash out your available earnings right away if Instant Cash Out is available for your account.

If you do not cash out, the payout becomes eligible to be automatically sent to your default bank account 24 hours after the passenger confirms the ride, according to your payout settings.

Example

If the passenger confirms the ride at:

Monday at 4:00 PM

Your earnings can:

  • Become available for Instant Cash Out immediately

  • Become eligible for automatic payout to your default bank account after Tuesday at 4:00 PM

If the ride involves a no-show dispute

If a ride involves a passenger no-show or attendance dispute, the affected payout is placed on hold.

The payout remains held while the applicable dispute process is completed.

Once the outcome releases the earnings to the driver, a 24-hour payout hold applies.

After that 24-hour hold:

  • The funds can be sent to your default bank account, or

  • You can choose Instant Cash Out if the option is available to you

Where to check your payout

Go to your Earnings screen to review:

  • Pending earnings

  • Available earnings

  • Payout Hold

  • Payout preferences

  • Next Automatic Payout

  • Instant Cash Out availability

Good to know

For a normally completed ride that the passenger confirms, earnings can be available for Instant Cash Out immediately, while automatic payout to your bank becomes eligible 24 hours after confirmation.

For a no-show or disputed ride where the final outcome releases the payout to the driver, the funds remain subject to the applicable 24-hour hold before they can be paid to your default bank account or cashed out.
