How to Review a Passenger on WakandaRides

After a completed ride, WakandaRides gives you the opportunity to rate your passenger and share feedback about your experience.

1. Complete your ride

Finish your ride in WakandaRides and complete the passenger attendance process.

Once the ride is completed, the review option becomes available.

2. Open the completed ride

Go to My Rides and select the completed trip.

Follow the available option to review your passenger.

3. Rate the passenger

Choose the rating that best reflects your experience travelling with the passenger.

Base your rating on the actual ride experience and keep it fair and accurate.

4. Add a comment

You can add a written comment to provide more information about your experience.

Keep your feedback:

• Respectful

• Relevant to the ride

• Accurate

• Helpful to other drivers

5. Submit your review

Review your rating and comment, then submit.

You have up to 4 days after the ride to leave your review.

When does the review become visible?

WakandaRides temporarily keeps written comments private.

Comments become visible when:

• Both the driver and passenger have submitted their reviews, or

• 48 hours have passed

This helps both users provide feedback independently.

Drivers and passengers can review each other after completed rides. Fair and accurate reviews help build trust and give other WakandaRides members useful information when deciding who to travel with.
