How Driver Ratings Work on WakandaRides

Your WakandaRides driver rating helps passengers understand the experiences of people who have previously travelled with you.

1. Passengers can review you after a ride

After a completed ride, passengers have the opportunity to rate their experience with you.

Reviews are connected to completed WakandaRides trips.

2. Your rating appears on your profile

Ratings from your completed rides contribute to the rating information displayed on your driver profile.

Passengers can use this information when deciding whether to book your ride.

3. Written reviews provide more context

Passengers may also leave written feedback about their ride experience.

Comments are temporarily hidden and become visible when:

• Both users submit their reviews, or

• 48 hours have passed

4. You also get to review your passenger

The review system works both ways.

After the ride, you can also rate and review the passenger you travelled with.

5. Build a strong driver reputation

You can help create a positive experience by:

• Arriving on time

• Keeping your ride information accurate

• Communicating clearly with passengers

• Using the correct pickup location

• Driving responsibly

• Completing your ride properly in WakandaRides

• Confirming passenger attendance accurately

Passengers and drivers have up to 4 days after a completed ride to submit their reviews.

Written comments are not immediately shown to the other person. They become visible after both sides submit their reviews or after 48 hours, helping reduce retaliatory feedback.
