How to Cancel a Ride in an Emergency on WakandaRides

Driver cancellations are intended for unexpected emergencies that prevent you from completing a ride you planned to take.

1. Open your ride

Go to My Rides and select the ride you can no longer complete.

2. Open Manage Ride

From the ride details, scroll down and tap Manage Ride.

3. Select Cancel Ride

Tap Cancel Ride.

WakandaRides will show the applicable cancellation information before you continue.

4. Review the cancellation

Read the information carefully, especially if passengers have already booked your ride.

Confirm the cancellation only if you are certain you cannot complete the trip.

5. Confirm the cancellation

Complete the cancellation process.

The ride will be cancelled and affected passengers will be notified.

If passengers have already booked, they receive a full refund, including:

• 100% of the seat price

• Booking fee

• Eligible WakandaRides credits used for the booking

The driver does not receive payment for the cancelled ride.

Driver cancellations are reserved for emergencies and are limited to 2 emergency cancellations per year.
