How to Understand a Ride Dispute Resolution on WakandaRides

Learn what happens when WakandaRides resolves your ride dispute.

After WakandaRides reviews a ride dispute, the affected ride is updated with the final decision.

1. Check the affected ride

Go to My Rides and open the ride connected to your dispute.

Once a decision has been made, the ride will no longer remain Under Review.

2. Review the final outcome

The resolution shown on your ride will explain what was decided.

Depending on the case, the outcome may include:

  • Passenger refunded

  • Driver payout released

  • Split resolution

  • Dispute rejected

3. If you receive a refund

If the decision includes a passenger refund, WakandaRides processes the applicable refund.

You can review it under:

Profile → Payment Methods → Payment History

4. You’ll be notified

WakandaRides can send you a push or email notification when your dispute has been resolved.

Open the notification to review the updated ride and resolution.

Good to know

Once a dispute is resolved, the final decision replaces the Under Review status. You should be able to see the result directly from the affected ride without restarting the app.
