How to Report Inappropriate Behaviour on WakandaRides

WakandaRides expects drivers and passengers to treat each other respectfully. If another member behaves inappropriately or makes you feel unsafe, you can report the situation.

1. Prioritize your safety

If an issue happens during an active ride and you need urgent assistance, use the available SOS option and follow the safety actions shown in the app.

2. Keep communication in WakandaRides

When possible, keep ride-related conversations in the WakandaRides messaging system.

Our messaging protections can block certain contact information, links, email addresses, and prohibited language.

Keeping conversations in the app also helps preserve information related to the ride.

3. Open Help & Support

To report an issue:

1. Go to Help & Support

2. Tap Submit a Ticket

3. Select the subject that best matches what happened

4. If the issue relates to a ride, use Link Booking to select the correct booking

5. Describe what happened

6. Submit your report

4. Provide useful details

Include clear information that can help WakandaRides understand the situation, such as:

• What happened

• When it happened

• Which ride was involved

• Whether the issue happened in chat, at pickup, or during the ride

• Any other relevant information

5. Wait for the review

WakandaRides can review the report and the information associated with the affected account or ride.

Reports should be accurate and made in good faith. Inappropriate behaviour, harassment, unsafe conduct, or misuse of WakandaRides can result in account restrictions or other appropriate action.
