How to Leave a Review After Your Ride on WakandaRides

After a completed ride, WakandaRides gives you the opportunity to rate your driver and share feedback about your experience.

1. Open the completed ride

Go to My Rides and select the completed ride you want to review.

2. Open the review option

When the review option is available, follow the prompt to rate your driver.

3. Choose your rating

Select the rating that best reflects your experience.

Be fair and base your review on what happened during the actual ride.

4. Add a comment

You can add a written comment to provide more context about your experience.

Keep your feedback respectful, relevant, and focused on the ride.

5. Submit your review

Review your rating and comment, then submit.

You have up to 4 days after the ride to leave your review.

Good to know

Both passengers and drivers can review each other. Written review comments are kept private until both users have submitted a review or 48 hours have passed, helping reduce retaliatory reviews.
