How and When Your Review Becomes Visible on WakandaRides
Learn when your review becomes visible after a completed ride.
WakandaRides does not immediately show written review comments to the other person after you submit them.
1. Submit your review
After the ride, rate your driver and add a comment if you wish.
2. Your comment stays private temporarily
Your written review is kept hidden while the other person still has an opportunity to leave their own review.
3. The review becomes visible
Your review comment becomes visible when either:
Both you and the driver submit a review, or
48 hours have passed.
Why WakandaRides does this
Temporarily hiding comments helps both users leave their feedback independently rather than changing their review based on what the other person wrote.
Good to know
The review window remains available for up to 4 days after the completed ride. Submit your review within that period if you want your feedback included.
