How to Message Your Driver on WakandaRides
Learn how to chat with your driver about your upcoming ride.
Open the ride you’re interested in or select your booked ride from My Rides.
Tap the Chat icon to open the conversation with the driver.
2. Message the driver before booking
Before booking, you can send the driver up to 5 messages.
This gives you a chance to ask important questions about the ride before deciding to book.
For example, you can ask about:
Pickup location
Luggage
Meeting point
Stops
Other ride details
3. Message freely after booking
Once your booking is confirmed, the 5-message limit is removed.
You can continue chatting with your driver without a message limit for your booked ride.
4. Check new messages
When the driver sends you a new message, WakandaRides can send you a push notification.
Tap the notification to open the conversation directly.
Good to know
You can send up to 5 messages before booking. After your booking is confirmed, there is no message limit for the conversation.
WakandaRides also lets you communicate without having to share your personal phone number.
