How Cash Payments Work on WakandaRides
Learn what you can pay in cash and what must be paid online.
WakandaRides supports cash payment for the seat price when the cash option is available for the ride.
Paying the seat price
If you choose cash, you pay the seat price directly to the driver.
Paying the booking fee
The WakandaRides booking fee must be paid online before the booking is completed.
If your available WakandaRides credits fully cover the booking fee, those credits can be used instead.
Example
If the ride shows:
Seat price: $25
Booking fee: applicable fee shown at checkout
You can pay the $25 seat price in cash to the driver, while the booking fee is handled online or covered by eligible credits.
Good to know
Cash payment applies to the seat price only. Always complete the required online portion of the booking before travelling.
