How to View Your Refund History on WakandaRides
Learn where to find refunds from cancelled or resolved bookings.
When WakandaRides processes a refund, you can review the related transaction from your payment history.
1. Open Profile
Go to Profile.
2. Open Payment Methods
Select Payment Methods.
3. Open Payment History
Inside Payment Methods, open Payment History.
4. Find the refunded transaction
Locate the transaction associated with the cancelled or refunded booking.
Open it to review the available refund information.
5. Check your original payment method
After a refund is processed, your bank or payment provider may require additional time before the funds appear on your original payment method.
Good to know
Use Profile → Payment Methods → Payment History to review both payments and refund activity.
