How to Withdraw a Booking Request on WakandaRides

If your booking request is still waiting for driver approval, you can withdraw it before the driver accepts it.

1. Open your ride

Go to My Rides and select the ride with the pending booking request.

2. Check your request

Open the booking details to see the current status of your request.

3. Withdraw your request

Select Withdraw Request and confirm your choice.

You will not be charged anything for withdrawing a pending booking request.

4. Your request may also expire

Drivers have a limited amount of time to respond to booking requests.

If the driver does not accept or reject your request within the allowed time, the request will expire automatically.

You will not be charged anything if your request expires because the driver did not respond in time.

5. Book another ride

After withdrawing a request or after it expires, you can search for another ride and submit a new booking request.

Good to know

A pending booking request does not guarantee your seat. You are not charged if you withdraw the request or if it expires because the driver did not respond in time.
