Delete your Wakanda Rides account

You can request deletion of your Wakanda Rides account and associated personal data from inside the app or without access to the app.

In the app

Sign in, open Profile Settings, and select Delete Account. Follow the confirmation steps.

Without the app

Email support@wakandarides.com from the address associated with your account. Use the subject “Wakanda Rides account deletion request” and say that you want your Wakanda Rides account and associated data deleted. If you cannot access that email address, tell support so they can verify account ownership. Do not send your password or payment card details.

What happens to your data

We will verify the request and delete or anonymize account data as applicable. Certain transaction, payment, identity verification, and dispute records may be retained where required by law or for legitimate business purposes, as explained in our Privacy Policy.
